Eight years ago, after a career in business, I put paint on a canvas and was instantly consumed by the emotional impact of color, light, and shadow, that flows out of the end of a brush. 

The seed was actually planted three years earlier, when my wonderful daughter gave me a set of pastels, and three years later, I heard my self saying, "yep, someday". I was shocked into action, happy to say.

My aim is to create sublime, evocative, rich images, that tug at you with longing, loss, love, and, perhaps, well being.
